DK-NFLINK Enables Safer, More Reliable and Scalable Modular Battery Architectures Based on Traditional Multi-channel AFEs
EDINBURGH, United Kingdom, 12 October 2026 — Dukosi, the technology company revolutionizing the performance, safety and sustainability of battery systems, will be attending The Battery Show North America 2026 in Detroit, MI, during October 13th to the 15th, in Meeting Room 331B (3rd floor).
Exclusively in their Meeting Room 331B, Dukosi will showcase its latest product: DK-NFLNK, a contactless communication solution to upgrade traditional wired or far field wireless battery designs based on multi-channel AFEs to a safer and more reliable design with no change required to the battery architecture.
Invited visitors can have a firsthand look at Dukosi’s EIS and DCIR advanced measurement at the cell capabilities, which has been shortlisted in The Battery Show Awards in the Battery Safety Technology of the Year category. In addition, there will be a live Secure Cell-to-Cloud Battery Passport Ready proof-of-concept demonstrator developed in collaboration with STMicroelectronics. The demonstrator, which is a finalist in the Battery Awards in the Sustainability & Circular Economy Excellence category, features Dukosi Cell Monitoring System (DKCMS®) and ST’s STSAFE™ Secure Element.
On the show floor at A123 Systems Booth No. 6000, there will be new live demonstrator of the End-to-End BESS reference design developed in collaboration between Dukosi and A123 Systems. The exciting new demonstrator is a 13-cell module designed for the new generation of battery energy storage systems and consists of A123’s new 587Ah LFP cells fitted with Dukosi Cell Monitoring System (DKCMS®).
DK-NFLNK™ Communication Upgrade for Multi-channel AFE Battery Systems
Dukosi’s new DK-NFLNK communication solution represents a significant upgrade in the reliability and safety of traditional wired battery designs based on multi-channel AFEs. Following the recent announcement of the availability of DK-NFLNK for customer sampling and development, a live DK-NFLNK demonstration will be on show in Dukosi’s Meeting Room 331B. The live demo consists of a 12-cell module and two DK-NFLNK Node EVK boards representing two additional modules, and is supported by the Dukosi GUI, which is designed to provide a clear, direct visual showcase of how the new module-level communication system works and its many advantages over existing wired and far field wireless architectures.

DKCMS-based Battery Passport Ready Demonstrator in Collaboration with STMicroelectronics
With global battery passport requirements, including those introduced by the EU Battery Regulation, coming into force soon, there is an urgent need for fast-to-market reference designs.
Developed in collaboration with STMicroelectronics, a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, Dukosi will showcase its Battery Passport-ready proof-of-concept (PoC) representing an end-to-end cell-to-cloud battery data management solution using DKCMS and STSAFE-A, a turnkey security solution for battery pack authentication, data encryption and secure connection.

Demonstrating the Incredible Adaptability of DKCMS in Wide-ranging Applications
Dukosi will demonstrate the flexibility and adaptability of DKCMS through live demonstrations, including a new battery module featuring 4680 cylindrical cells, reflecting the growing adoption of this cell format; a 54-channel BESS container demonstrator representing a typical rack configuration; and a 16-channel automotive demonstrator representing a typical module for electric vehicle (xEV) applications.
