Dukosi Cell Monitoring System

Overview

The DKCMS Core enables a robust, contactless cell monitoring solution for high voltage battery packs in a variety of applications. The overall system consists of Cell Monitors, a System Hub, and the Dukosi API which runs on the BMS Host. The Cell Monitors make accurate, synchronous, on-cell measurements, process the data, and send it to the BMS main processor (Host) via the System Hub. Communication between the Cell Monitors and System Hub uses Dukosi’s proprietary C-SynQ^® protocol via near-field RF using a single bus antenna.

DKCMS Core System Hub

Manages secure, robust, contactless communication to the Cell Monitors via RF bus antenna, utilizing Dukosi's proprietary C-SynQ protocol:
- Adaptive channel hopping, with automatic or manual channel masking
- Auto rejoin feature
- RF diagnostics and configurable transmit power levels
Industry standard SPI connection to the BMS Host
Wake-on-fault notification for when BMS is in a sleep mode
Unique System Hub ID stored on-chip
AEC-Q100 qualified
Manages up to 216 Cell Monitors
Synchronizes Cell Monitor measurements across the entire pack
