In this period the Dukosi team has worked with us in the development of high performance, low noise, low power circuits and helped analyze a design we purchased from another organization to exactly characterize its performance. Dukosi have followed their work through from initial concept, implementation, verification, and hardware to model correlation when the silicon came back. In each instance their work has been successful the first time. Working with the most advanced tools from Cadence and with high precision models from our foundry, Dukosi has helped our team with all of the elements of a Phase Locked Loop design (low power, low noise phase detection, low power and low noise differential voltage controlled oscillator, and frequency control logic) and then assembled these elements into two Phase Locked Loop designs in 0.18um SiGe and in 0.13um CMOS. The Dukosi team understands the criticality of "first time right" silicon and drawing from their experience, build design and functional margin into circuits to carry them past the areas where computer simulation tools can usefully predict behavior.
